SF220-48P-K9 interfaces disconnection issue.

Dear colleagues,

We have an issue with Cisco SF220-48P switches.

After some time when switch is powered On some distortion appear for approximate 1 minute when link state is blinking for interfaces and after it, there is some fenomen thing : for example we are powering Off interface FA 26 and in the same time another interface FA37 goes to Down state as well and vise versa situation when we manually powering On FA 26. The situation is the same for several SF220-48P and different ports on it.

So it is a critical situation, please find some logs attached.

Helo Vlad,
Logs show STP port status changing. It may indicate you have some STP issue on the network. First thing you should look at is too set edge ports to port fast, so end devices ports will not fully participate in STP.

Hello,

Sorry for late reply, I did not see you answer.

There are 12 pcs. of SF220and all show this problem.

We made a test environment where we have a stand alone 1 switch with connected Cisco phones.

Yes we verified STP and added Port Fast.The last SW version was applied. But no result. We have an Cisco SMB support SR opened and already made some debug collection. Now are waiting for Cisco Support help.
