Cisco SG300 Recovery Firmware

Hi, I wasn´t be able to recovery the firmware with xmodem. I´ve tried more than 5 Terminal Software but without success. Can anyone help me please? I am going crazy.

Do you have access to the switch CLI? You should try to upgrade the firmware. We don't have xmodem procedure with the Sx300 series.
