Cisco small business SF300 48 Port Managed Switch

HI,

i am using above mention switches and i have created my network using 10.0.0.1 subnet 255.0.0.0

created ip pools and assigned to users as per pool

on port 1, i have connected router and gave this router IP 10.0.2.1 and subnet 255.0.0.0

i am connected with same switch port 31 but unable to access 10.0.2.1 IP

upon pinging, i get destination host unreachable.

what i have done wrong? or how do i communicate with 10.0.2.1 router?

can you try with other ports also, is that problem with only port 31?
