Cisco Switch 4948 Management port vs regular port?

I got my first 4948 switch. 

I configured my management port

Switch>show ip interface brief

FastEthernet1        192.168.1.226         YES           manual           up                     up

ok so I don't understund how to tell everyone in Vlan30 to use "FastEthernet1" as uplink? 

If I change cable from FastEthernet1 (mgm port) to GigabitEthernet1/1 than all other network devices in Vlan30 can see internet.

FastEthernet1 is only for management.  It is not for forwarding packets.

You don't have to use it for management either.  You can just use vlan30 for management if you like.
