Cisco Switch C1000-8P-E-2G-L Don't Works with SFP module

Hi Cisco Team,
I am using a Cisco switch C1000-8P-E-2G-L. When I insert the sfp module into the switch port and start the switch, the boot process stops at one level and I cannot access the switch (see image attached).
but when I remove the sfp module and reboot the switch, the boot process goes through and I manage to access the switch.
Please, Can you help me solve this problem?

Remove the SFP, boot up the switch.  Once the switch boots up, upgrade the firmware to something more "recent".

I verified The SFP module. It is compatible with the device!
