We have this design :
- 1 MPLS backbone with Nokia 7750-SR12
- 1 LAN with 2 Cisco 6880X in VSS
- eBGP between Cisco and Nokia. Priorisation of one path by modifying BGP attributs on Nokia.
Problem :
With these parameters : graceful restart + BFD
When we shut links on one PE MPLS Nokia, we have 30 s of convergence.
Please, advice me.

When we shut links on one PE MPLS Nokia, we do not loss of service.
However, with these parameters : BFD and no graceful restart
When we shut one chassis VSS, there is a loss of about 1 min.
Our objective is to have less than 4 seconds of loss, whatever we lose one Nokia or one Cisco.
Indeed, beyond 4 seconds, our IP phone reboot.
