- Probably the particular port speed can not be established ; when you attach the lan adapter check the logs on the cbs350 ;
Have a look at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-350-series-managed-switches/datasheet-c78-744156.html Table 2 ; concerning port possibilities and supported speeds ,according to the various models ,

CBS350-12XT is not a multigigabit switch. It does not support any speed between 1G and 10G. With your adapter, you can have 1G at most.

Dear everyone,
I have the same problem as from the "namlhitn" shared above. My switch is a Cisco SX350X-08-K9 Stackable Managed Switch (8 ports RJ45 10GB, plus 2 SPF/RJ45 combo), this switch SX350X-08-K9 model as specs in the Datasheet said that it supports Multigig ports, however when I try to use some PC and Access point with ethernet port 5GB and 2.5GB, but the speed on these devices only 1GB. Datasheet: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/350x-series-stackable-managed-switches/datasheet-c78-735986.html
So, does my switch Cisco SX350X-08-K9 support Multigig or not?
Thank you.

According to the datasheet only the uplink ports are multigigabit.
"The SG350X models provide 8 to 48 ports of Gigabit and Multigigabit Ethernet connectivity with 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplinks."
The wording of that could've been better.
