HI,
I should put some Cisco IE 1000 on my infrastructure.
Is it possible to connect via SSH and paste all the initial configurations from another Cisco switch (9200L) in which all the necessary settings are present, changing the IP and name of the switch?
Vlan, ntp, vtp, snmp etc..
Sorry if the question may be stupid, but it's the first time I've configured this type of switch.

Short Answer NO , Until you have any automation or pnp in place to do so, if you like to login to IE using cat 9K switch, the IE device should be reachable via any IP address (that is basic requirement for the device to connect to SSH and other SSH config for the Device to jump on from Cat9K switch)
IE 1000 check express config :
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/cisco_ie1000/release_notes/b_ie1k_1_8rn.html
PnP (Plug and Play)
PnP (Plug and Play) automates the process of provisioning the new devices in to the network by applying configurations, installing required image without manual intervention. IE1K PnP supports the Zero touch Provisioning using DHCP Option 43, a.k.a Day0 Configuration
IE1000 also has Express setup feature which is also referred to as Day0 configuration. It’s to be noted that PnP and express setup are mutually exclusive.

Ofcourse if you change IP you can use same config of
Ntp
Snmp
Vlan (note that interface number is change)
Vtp
Ssh (need generate rsa key)
Vty
Users/password this must unique for this SW

I tried to configure a password on the switch, but it only lets me log in from the interface but not make changes in SSH.
When I enter a command like "conf t" it gives me the error "Invalid word detected at '^' marker."
In the switch GUI, there are no settings for VTP.
