Does cbs350 support port forwarding and NAT

Kindly advise which cisco 8 port switch can support port forwarding and NAT to give public access from Internet to secure server in office behind switch

cbs350 - not do any NAT, this is just switch.

Look for any RV - Models (bare in mind these go end of life soon)

Which other router can i use of less cost in place of rv for port forwarding 

Is isr1102-4p ok or 800 or 900 series

That is correct, those are the next level, enterprise models and the Meraki Go security gateway and Meraki cloud-based SD-WAN appliances (https://meraki.cisco.com/products/security-sd-wan/ and https://www.meraki-go.com/products/security-gateway/ )There will be entry-level CBR (Cisco Business Router) but yet we could not commit any timeline.

None of the CBS and entry-level Cisco switches does support NAT. You can take a look at Cat4K and Cat6K switches.
