Hi!
In the CLI documentation for the SG 300 Series, it shows sh ip route rip as a command. I have installed the latest firmware and that command is no longer available. Does the SG300 series support RIP?
Thanks!
Richard S.

Hello Richard,
My name is David Aguilar, and I am an engineer with the Cisco Small Business Center. Thanks for writing.
The SG300 Series does not support RIP. Only static routes (maximum of 32) are supported. However, the SG500X models support the RIP version 2 dynamic routing protocol.
In regards to the new Sx300 firmware, it did add a number of impressive security features including IP ARP inspection, DHCP snooping, and SSD encryption.
All the best,
-David Aguilar

Marko,
The 1.2.5.70 firmware has been pulled by the business unit. Please continue to use the 1.1.2.0 firmware

I knew it was too good to last... Will it be added back?
