Error in Firmware upgrading of SLM2024

i downloadad a new Firmware for my SLM2024 to my PC from cisco homepage. I used Http service to update the firmware and selected     the downloaded file. My switch started to update but then it got stuck. the system led is     flashig all the time, all port-leds stopped flashing. after about 2     minutes all pot-leds light up for a second.
i tried to reset the swith by pressing the reset button but nothing     will stop the flashing "system" led.

old firmware: 1.01
new downloadad firmware: 2.0.0.8
s/n: 7QR00GA01196

is there a way to get my switch back to the old firmware?     hardware-reset e.g.?

Hi Tilman,

Unfortunately it seems the firmware upgrade was interupted.  The flashing system light indicates the device's failure to boot.

You will need to call in and get an RMA for the switch.  The number is 1-866-606-1866.
