My name is Puneet Sandel and I provide technical support on Cisco small business devices.
I will like to make you aware that Cisco has declared the ESW500 series switches as End-of-support and End-of-life. The model was bwcame EOS on 31st March 2017.
You will not be able to download any version of the firmware as Cisco has removed all firmwares from it's site.
