SG350X-24P DHCP VLAN IP phone getting IP address but nor Desktop

I am new to the 350.  I have a VLAN set up for voice using 10.10.0.0 subnet for DHCP.  The IP phones are receiving IP addresses but a desktop will not receive a IP address.  What am I missing?

Thanks for your post.

Kindly let me know with the PC connected port is on access or trunk mode , with proper untagged vlan mapped to it.

Normally PC connected port needs to mapped as in access mode.
