What exactly is it you are experiencing when configuring the ESW through the web interface ? Please make sure that when you apply any changes through the GUI that you save the configuration afterwards. This is a common thing that is often forgotten. It's also a good idea to use either CCA or the web interface at any one time to configure the switch but not use them at the same time.
