You need to reser the switch which will lead to config loass i.e. you need to reconfigure the whole switch again.
How-to
Rboot the managed switch, press the Reset button for less than 10 seconds.

Hello,
I don't have access to a sg300-28, but it looks like a password recovery may be possible without losing the config.
Below info is from a previous posting.

In order to reset the password from the boot menu you need to interrupt the boot process of the switch. Console in and power cycle the switch, you should see the Cisco logo, then you have about two seconds to hit a key to get the boot menu. If you miss it (or it times out once your in it) just power cycle the switch again to bring it up again. On the switch in front of me it is option 3 to reset the password. - See more at:
Here is another posting that discusses password recovery on a sg300 switch.

Hope this helps,

Hi,
First of all save your current configurations.
From Reset button, reset switch and load saved configurations.

Hello jkmferrotech,
Thanks for using the Cisco Small Business Support Community. I'm sorry to hear that you forgot your username and password, and I hope that we can help you find a solution.
There is a password recovery procedure that allows you to manually configure a new username and password. I have found the step-by-step document on the Cisco Knowledge Base that can help you do this:
Administrator Password Recovery for 300 and 500 Series Managed Switches
(Note that, you will have to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) on the Switch in order to do this. Step-by-step instructions on how to access the CLI can be found here.)
I hope you will find this answer useful.
If this post solves your issue, please remember to mark your question as resolved and rate any helpful posts to help other members in the community! Thanks!
all the best,
Ruben
