Hi,
I need help with password recovery on SRW224G4P. I couldn't get into the MENU by press ESC to interrupt the normal boot process. I tried many many times, no luck at all.
Below is what I see during boot up process:

Use this procedure. I tested it in my lab with your model switch and it worked here.

Ctrl+U should make it on the boot process, and then reset to default configuration

Hi,
In order for you to reset the SRW224G4P you need to use a Data cable and use the console port of the switch. Once you are on the Console screen you could do a hardware reset.
