i want change new sf 300 switch my network , how can add old switch to new switch physical

Hi i am new in for this field i need some help 

 I have cisco catalyst 2960c 12pc L switch connected network its all ethernet port and ethernet uplink port used its one up link gb port connect ppx box trunking another uplink connect another unmanaged switch my office plan add another room 10 phone voip same network so my plan i ll go sf300 - 24 p poe buy configure old place and catalyst poe go install new another room

I have doubt mean its support or n not .... how can give physical connection for setup these two switches  

current setup internet modem --> cisco 2960 c --> one uplink gb port Dlink ppx box and one switch all other 12 port eth connect phone and pc

How i can give new sf 300 this place and which port use for  add another  old poe please help me

I am having SF 300 Switches of CISCO, purchased  from local vendor  but it has been damaged due to lightning in Mumbai, so i want to replace it so please help it with the perfect procedure. Thank you.
