Hi Mehdi,
Apologize for the inconvenience. I haven't noticed it is a CBS250 series. MAC-Based Groups functionality is available at CBS350 series switches (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-350-series-managed-switches/datasheet-c78-744156.html). We do not support that with the 250s (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-250-series-smart-switches/nb-06-bus250-smart-switch-ds-cte-en.html)
Thanks,
Martin

Dear Martin,
thank you for the clarification! It is unfortunate that the online version of the Administration Guide for CBS250 and 350 series does not make this difference clear: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbms/CBS_250_350/Administration-Guide/cbs-250-ag/vlan-management.html#ID-0000340e Only the downloadable PDF version for the CBS250 omits the "VLAN Groups" section.
Best regards,
Felix

Hi Felix,
We will address this issue with the respective team so they can fix the online CBS250/350 administration guide.
Thank you for the heads up!
Regards,
Martin

The online documentation is STILL wrong on this.
This says mac based vlans can be configured on a CBS250 post version 3. It lies. Just bought a CBS250 to do this (based on the above link) and its going to have to go back. Waste of time and money.
