On the 300 series, yes. IP routing for up to 32 IP inetrfaces is supported on the 300 series switches.

Shashikant,
In order to have inter-vlan routing you need a layer 3 device to do the routing.
As Ivor stated the switch will allow you to do place the device in layer 3 mode and at that point the switch will do the layer 3 routing for the vlans.
You only need to put ip addresses on the vlans or interfaces and use the switch as the gateway for the vlans.
At that point the switch will route between the two networks.
