I have a switch that will intermittently load up and not have an RSA key loaded into it's configuration. We are sure that every time it is generated, we save the configuration and reload to ensure that it remains. A few days later, the key will be gone again. I have looked into any issues we may have with NVRAM and found no issues.
Switch power is turned off and back on in the morning every day. Any ideas out there?

since we do not know the model, this is basically a config register issue

or provide us the model of the device and firmware or ios running on the device.

Thanks for the reply. Conf register was 0xF which I believe is normal for these switches. The confusing part is that it doesn't happen every day.
The model and software version are
IE-3000
15.2(4)EA6
Sorry for the lack of information.
