Is there CLI in SG200 switches?

Cli support is only available for customer access within the SF/SG300 series switches.

I have a sg300-52 I want to setup as a NetFlows exporter. How do I go apout this?

The firmware that comes with the unit only supports a menu interface. If you upgrade to the latest code you will get a CLI similar to IOS.
