Issue in CBS350-24XS

I am getting an error message on my CBS350-24XS. Can someone help me with that?

Model No - CBS350-24XS

Software - 3.2.0.89

Error -

%Box-W-I2C-FAILURE-READ: I2C failed to read information from device at address 0x2E on bus 0 offset 0x2c, component ADT7476 Fan controller and thermal sensor

This can be a OS bug, so try upgrade OS to latest stable version. if same issue occurs, you need to start RMA process

It's currently running on 3.2.0.89, the latest version from Cisco for the CBS350-24XS.
