- Does the printer need additional and or it's own drivers (to be installed) ?
- You may want to install this tool on your PC : ftp://ftp.gastro.pl/pub/ISO/PPLanMgr_Instruction.pdf
and check if it can give assistance for setup and diagnostics.
- For drivers , if needed look at : https://www.posiflex.com.tw/de-DE/Download/index/driver/POS-Drucker
- You may also invoke their support , https://www.posiflexusa.com/contact/

This thread looks like it is partly a duplicate of your other question at https://community.cisco.com/t5/switches-small-business/cant-ping-from-another-vlan/td-p/5156754 where I have explained routing between VLANs for you.

- Adding to other remarks of mine :
- If are your on a Windows (10 or other) system : Open the windows Device Manager
Check if it can be seen under Printers , usually near below ; if it does not show up
then it could mean that an (additional) driver is needed.
