if I am not wrong this is your uplink port config for both switches. If yes:-
Why administrative modes are dynamic auto both sides?? dynamic auto should not be on both sides it should be desirable another side.
Port is showing VLAN 1 not trunk.
have you got an error message on the switch ??
any error disable massage are there?
only single uplinks are there then ok. if multiple redundant connections there then STP can block this port.
Thanks,

from this please do
switchport mode trunk <- do this first
then config encapsulation and native.

many troubleshot step here
show interface status <-check if the trunk is connect not err-disable
show interface trunk <- check if the VLAN allow native and prune is same in both SW.
show STP <- check is STP is BLK the trunk "block is there is miconfig or there is other interconnect between SW"
