Hi!
I have major problems with a six-months old SG200-50P. Randomly, the switch stops to work, seems to restart without notice. I setup a SYSLOG server to catch any useful information from the device.
I attached a copy of the SYSLOG file. But I would like to pinpoint a specific line, as it seems to be the real problem.
%OS-F-ITC: OSITCP_pipe_send: Pipe magic is invalid. Pipeid - 1702259060, magic - 1634498143 ***** FATAL ERROR ***** Reporting Task: CNLD. Software Version: 1.3.7.18 (date 12-Jan-2014 time 18:01:12) 0x16adc8 0x166f34 0x6df974 0x48fd60 0x490670 0x490890 0x6e785c 0x4c7950 0x4c7d5c 0x1223fc
To be honest, I don't know what it means. And Google seems to be useless about it.
I plan to update the firmware this weekend, as I don't know what to do next. I have the same problem on another switch (SF200-48P), but it occurs less often (one a month maybe).
Any information about this error message would be appreciated, as I try to understand what's going on.
Thanks.

Hi,
I have seen this issue only once but factory reset and manual configuration seems to fix the problem.
If you however still see this error please open ticket with Small Business team so the engineering can look into it:

24 hours later, got the same error message... Pipe ID is different, Magic field too. Date and time is reset at startup, but a SNTP request put a back later in the process.

OK, I will try a factory reset. At this point, I have nothing to lose.
Thanks.
