Problem SG200-26 and aastra 6755i NO IP

Hi,

My problem is that all is working on the network except the phone (VOIP) we have 3 phones (Aastra 6755i) plug on the Cisco SG200. But all of them show on screen "DHCP waiting IP".

The network is as follow :

pro-box (livebox pro "internet") > cisco SG200-26 > phone, PC,mac...

I've tried to put the ports on phone_voip but nothing, DHCP is activated...

I'm not an expert, but i've tried all I know if you have an idea it would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,

Please check mac address-table on the switch to verify if the phones' MAC addresses are present and in correct VLAN.
