I have a Cisco SG300-28P Managed Switch. After repeated attempts to reset the unit, I discovered that the reset switch had broken. There were two small pieces that appear to be an internal piece (the part that shorts the pins) and what appears to be a metal cover.
Do I have an hope of obtaining a replacement circuit board assembly ? The change out seems mindlessly simple.
The board has the following characters on it:
BTI ML-2
DC 94v-04
E198991
Thanks in advance.

Woah dude, did you open your switch? You have voided your warranty then
Sadly, we cannot help you with this anymore, if the DIP switch is broken then you should have reported it immediately to your provider or to Cisco and ask support from them

Seriously, don't be an a*s on your replies,
Anyway, you can't
You need to send that to Cisco, w/c im positive they wont accept anymore since you messed with it
