Looking to upgrade firmware on our RV325. Went to save configuration files to PC and the resulting xml files have 0 byte of data. They are blank when opened.
- How did you try to save the configuration ? Which commands were used ? (e.g.)

Tried using a USB, but it was not recognized, or at least never showed up as an option under Administration->Configuration Management->Copy/Save->Destination
