SD2005 Rebooting

I've been using the SD2005 for a while now.  Nothing physically has changed as far as cabling.  No new hardware has been added.

I'm unaware of any software auto update, but it's possible that the connection that's causing the problem has auto updated (running Windows 10), rebooted and I just didn't catch it.  (it's running services and I don't physically access it often)

Just starting today, when that PC is connected to the SD2005 the switch goes into a reboot cycle.  It reboots, sees connections of devices plugged into it and reboots again.

I have removed everything from the switch but the PC and it reboots.

I have swapped Ethernet cables for a brand new cable, it reboots.

All other connections work fine, no rebooting.  (as long as the PC isn't connected to the switch)

PC plugged into another switch works fine.  (scratching head here..)  It's a different type/manufacture switch.

I haven't tried installing a new NIC into the PC and testing that.

Thoughts/suggestions?  I've rebooted (and unplugged) all devices connected.
