SF300-08 Configuration Backup fails

I regularly backup the configurations of the SF300 and SG300 switches that we have using http.

This one is balking at doing that with the following message:

The device is in production and I'd rather not have to go on site and fiddle with a serial port.

Presumably I could use telnet with puTTY if I could figure out how to make it work!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi there,

Have you confirmed that the switch has space on its flash storage? The source file used during TFTP will need to be written locally prior to being copied over.
