Switch system LED error on SF350-24 24-Port 10/100 Managed Switch

Dear all, 

Good morning I hope you are doing well, I would like to ask for help from you. The problems is System led on my switch is running faster like video show in attachment Video. Dose anyone know what is the main problems for this cause?

Try accessing it from the default ip address, 192.168.1.254.  The power led flashing continuously is an indication of the default ip address is being used.
