SF302-08P Problem -Rapidly blinking green & amber PoE port lights

Hi All,

 

New on here, having no Cisco problems so far!

 

I run a SF302-08P to simply power PoE 3 x IP phones in my office. All has been running well with the switch until today, I lost connectivity and all PoE ports are blinking the green and amber lights repeatedly.

 

I searched Cisco documentation on this switch and couldn't find anything about this specific issue. I'm not experienced but cannot access the IP of the switch/ping it. I've tried to reset 10+ & 30+ seconds on the reset switch, disconnecting all cables.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Remove all phones and connect a laptop to switch and try to get details as 1) Is switching Uplink is working? 2). Only with Laptop (means Non-POE) is working fine or not?

 

You can reset the switch as remove all cables (don't remove power cable) and keep pressing the reset button for 10 seconds. The switch will restart.
