SF500-24p and CCA

I am trying to get an SF500 in to CCA for configuration. I can find the device in CCA, and it prompts for a username and password, but it doesn't accept the u/p combo. I confirmed that the combo works when telnetting to it.

I have telnet, ssh, HTTP and HTTPS enabled on the switch, but the results are the same.

On the console, it tells me that the the connetion has been rejected. It appears as though CCA is also trynig https, as it is rejecting that stating "credentials expected to be encrypted".

Is the SF500 compatible with CCA? I've found nothing online to the contrary.

I am using CCA version 3.2.1

Hello Jared,

Currently it is not supported with CCA.
