SG 200-08 problems

Hello!!

I have serious problems with my switch SG 200-08. It does not work neither the option to update firmware nor the reboot option.

My OS is Linux and I have tried Firefox and Chrome. The same window always comes out.

Can somebody help me?

Yes I have the same problem on a browser different than Internet Explorer.. It is the firmware that is very basic.. What if you press ok? If you have a Windows machine, you could try that

I am having the very same problem. Tried various OS/browser combinations with no luck. I'm running FW v1.0.6.2 and trying to upgrade to v1.0.8.3 but I can't get past the same blank window with the OK button. I click OK and nothing happens. Can't upgrade FW nor can I reboot the router because of the same issue. Does anyone have a solution?
