Hi,

I use the SF250-24P on numerous jobs and have been told by my supplier that this switches is going End of life shortly.

Does anyone know if this is correct.

It looks like they are End of Life all SG and SF switches?

Yes, EOL notices typically apply to entire platforms. Note that the recommended replacement is the CB250 series.

cheers,

Seb.

SF250-24P - as of not anounced any EOL yet - if you looking new models

you can look for Long term support or investment protection .

You can find the link with the model transition guide:

 https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/business-250-series-smart-switches/nb-06-bus-switch-trans-guide-cte-en.html?ccid=cc001531

Please be advised that the milestone dates in the EoS/EoL announcement have been always the same for all Cisco Small Business and recently with the Cisco Business products so hardware support has always been 5 years after announcing EoS and Software support - 1 year after the date of EoS.

Here is the Cisco end of Life policy which also apply to our SMB products:

Thanks
