SG-350 SWITCH SWITCH NOT RESPONSIVE AFTER FACTORY RESET

Hi everyone,

I did a factory reset to SG-350 switch 48 port by long pressing the reset button and the switch rebooted successfully. 

Problem is after it prompt me to enter user name in console nothing is happening can't type anything even when I press enter twice.

I have tried rebooting again but it is still getting struck at that point. Kindly assist.

 - Strange , is your console infrastructure working correctly, as a sanity check try to access the console of another device.

What is the application you are using to get the console access? Please refer the “Configuring Your Switch Using the Console Port” section on the below mentioned quick start guide link, match the settings and check the status once…
