Hi,
I have a new sg200-08 smart swith. I cant git it to work (No link) on the NIC.
I have tested:
Different cables cat5-6
Different ports 1-8
4
different computers
When i power on the sitch the only led who lights up is port 1, no system led.
What shuld i do?

Hi Even,
The unit sounds Dead on arrival, which very very rarely happens.
I would suggest , if you still have the packaging, have a chat to the folks you purchased the product from for problem diagnosis and possible replacement.
Otherwise, have a chat to the good folk at Small Business Support center (SBSC) for further diagnosis and possible RMA.

Thanks for the reply, yea i think its DOA :/
I cant do mutch diagnosis when there is no connection at all.
Sending it back for a replacement.
