I have an SG200-26 switch. When I go to the downloads section and click Download nothing happens. I don't get any messages or errors. I have a really old firmware version and I need to update it. I don't need a support contract do I?
You don't need a support contract for these switches to get updated firmware. Please try a different browser; some CSS or other active code in the website may be giving your browser indigestion.
It actually ended up being their website. After 5 days of trying it finally let me download the files. I opened a support ticket with them and they told me to just keep trying. Pretty crappy website.
