sg200 Searching for boot code <1.3.5.06

I got multiple sg200-26 and sg200-50 running on 

FW:1.3.5.58

Boot Version:1.1.0.6

I want to upgrade all of them to the latest Version ( FW: 1.4.11.5 Boot :1.3.5.06) but Get the following error messages if I try to install any newer FW or Boot code version from https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283771818/type/282463182/release/1.4.11.5 :

for the FW : "Copy: SW code file is over sized"

for the Boot Code: "Boot version too old!"

Has anyonone a idea where I can get a boot code version  that is newer than 1.1.0.6 and older than 1.3.5.06 ?

try to upgrade OS to 

1.3.7.18 

 first and continue to 1.4 series. then go directely to 1.4.11.5

Upgrade to 1.3.7.18 worked but the FW upgrades i tried (1.4.0.88, 1.4.1.03 and 1.4.115 )and boot code upgrade still keep crashing with the same Error messages.
