Anyone have any idea why the PoE Status showed OFF for all ports for my switch SG220-50P 50-Port Gigabit PoE Smart Switch?

Check and or enable POE according to :
STEP 1 Click Port Management > PoE > Port Settings.
STEP 2 To edit the power limit per port, select a port and click Edit.
STEP 3 Enter the following information:
• Interface—Select the port to be configured.
• PoE Administrative Status—Enable or disable PoE on the port.

is any device connected to that ports ?

Connected Avaya IP phone to port 20, it works.
Connect the same IP Phone to other port, it didn't work.
Called Cisco support and they arrange RMA for our unit cos the same issue happened even updated to latest firmware.
