SG250 backup configuration

Hello,
i try to backup the configuration of the SG250 Switch via http/https.

I choose backup and http/http. It start to download a txt file but terminate then with network error.
So i see the file running-config.txt with Network error and nothing is downloaded.

The switch has the latest firmware.

May somebody know this issue ?

@miso are you in remote place? or different network? try downloading backup in same network which is the management IP is placed

I tried also the same network with the same result.
The log says:
%COPY-I-FILECPY: Files Copy - source URL running-config destination URL HTTP://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/running-config.txt
%COPY-N-TRAP: The copy operation was completed successfully.

But at the end Google Chrome said running-config.txt Error - Network error and nothing is downloaded.

With other devices (Backup, etc) there is no problem to download some configuration via http.

@miso if you have any adblockers or any other extensions installed in chrome, try disabling them

I tried different browser, IE, Firefox,with the same result. No adblocker installed

@miso i saw this happens, when you are trying to access device from different network with firewalls. but in your case i am clueless. strange. try taking backup by connecting PC directly to the switch port.

Connected directly on the switch, same issue.
Cannot download the config
