SG250 not accessible

Dear All,

Hope u are doing well.

I have SG250 26POE, daily when i tried to take Telnet/SSH session it denied my access and also the "SH IP ARP" also not resolved.

Further i m getting MAC address against that connected port and also getting SW details in "sh cdp neighbors" from directly connected CORE SW.

Please guide me is there any command i need to enter in configuration,

Note: I just TICK in "Telnet & SSH" session from GUI for access and no further conf. done manually.

adding to post, until you finish quick start setup username/password and other stuff you will not able get to it.
