SG300-10PP and 10MPP cannot provide POE+

I use SG300-10PP 10-Port Gigabit PoE+ Managed Switch connect to cisco ap 3602i

the switch alway provide 7-9 watts.

the power not enough for this ap

I cannot config it to provide more than 9 watts

please help me to verify

the firmware is lastest Firmware Version (Active Image): 1.4.1.3
