SG300 downloading configuration fails

Yesterday, I backed up a switch configuration file using HTTP/HTTPS.  

Today, I tried to download it and got the message:

Security option request parameter not permitted for this source and destination combination.

I've never seen this message before.

What's going on?

How to load the saved configuration?

I've searched but found nothing about this message....

not sure what option you choose, make a copy and open and see the config or try command level.
