Hello,
i have a big problem with the SG-300 -10MPP switch after my trainee tried to update the device.
Nothing works anymore, no reset , no network connections, the System light is blinking and via Putty i only get this message.
What happend and what can i do?
Any ideas?

- Depends on what the trainee did, looks like wrong firmware was installed. You may try a factory defaults reset of the device. If that does not help things are worry some.

Can you enter boot menu (startup menu) and what you see there?
