Hello,
I've upgraded my SG350 28MP to the last available version.
Since the upgrade, I'm not able to login to the switch anymore. I've tried to reset it factory default multiple times, the default credential (cisco/cisco) are not working.
What are the good credential to use to enter the switch?
Regards,
David

- I was hoping that a factory reset could work , apparently it doesn't ; you may want to query Cisco :

Hello,
Thank you for your reply, so there is nothing to do to regain access to my switch
Incredible that this type of behavior has not been tested before the release of this firmware !

David

- Incredible (indeed) , but you don't need to throw it away ; you can always do a factory reset , but then you need to configure it again if there was no external backup or else restore the backup configuration

I've tried to reset it (pushing the button for a long time all the ports lighted up).
Then they are strange characters displayed during the boot process until the login prompt. default credentials cisco/cisco still not working :'(
