SW-3560-8ports - System light blinking nonstop

oops! got stuck in a huge problem and did'nt resolved it own

my cisco sw-3560 get stuck. when i turned it on it's sys light blinking and blinking even if i open it with console it just show a black screen nothing else.

i also changed its baud rate (9600, 115200) to open it with console but get black screen how can i resolved it 

in my openion it get stuck on POST 

how can i recover it pl.

So, u were in Switch mode, aka ROMMON, aka BIOS mode? can u copy and paste any output u get? .  It likely your switch just quit, burned, it is old after all.  If u can copy IOS to tftp server or if u got saved image , erase flash, format it, and re-install IOS image. I don't recall if u can check flash for errors and repair any.

how can i flash it even i can't access it using console

u wrote "i also changed its baud rate" I though u got access to Switch mode and there u changed its baud rate; Miss-match in baud rate settings (switch vs console) usually gives u "garbage" unreadable characters in console output.

Power off switch, Press and Hold Mode button on switch while powering  switch on;  Let go Mode button after 20 seconds; at this time u should be in Switch Mode where u have some limited commands;

I do but still facing the same issue
Whenever I power it on it's blinking and when I tried to open it using
console it give me only a black screen nothing else

if u cannot get into Switch Mode, Switch is gone! there is nothing u can do; Get different one; I recommend c3750s should be cheap (used one);
