SG350 PoE per port power consumption vs switch wide consumed power

Having issues where pair of my Ruckus R610 APs is not getting required power to operate at its full capacity. I need explanation on the SG350 series per port power consumption vs consumed power. Per my pictures attached, 7 APs use 5.5 watts each. Total of 38.5watts. But at PoE->Properties, I have consumed power figure of 179 watts. Are my AP's that inefficient? Bad cabling? What why are the two figures distant? The fact I only have 6 Watts of available power left may be the reason few of my Ruckus R610 are running ins diminished capacity.

The updated IEEE 802.3at-2009 PoE standard, also known as PoE+ or PoE plus, allows for up to 30 W of power to Type 2 devices. That’s sufficient power for devices such as VoIP phones, wireless access points, and security cameras. But it’s not enough for technology like flat screen displays, LED lighting, or retail POS terminals.

Your model support :

SG350-28P

195W

24 (4 support 60W PoE)

For Rukus to run full you need below :

802.3atFull functionality•  18.8W

Even at 18.8 watts, I should be at 131.6 watts max and not 179 watts I am seeing.  SG350 not officially support 802.3at?
