Purchased 2 SG350X to replace two older and out of port switches.
We use a Datto BDR device. Since changing out the switches this device cannot communicate, via port 25568 (see copy of Datto error message below).
My question: when I changed the default switch IP address (which was 192.168.1.254 to 192.168.1.245 (in our static range)) I had to create a new vlan with a bogus network setting a port to that vlan, change the ip of the desktop, then change the default IP address. Did this corrupt some setting so that it cannot communicate from Datto device to server? Note that 192.168.1.50 is the server. I can ping and tracert with no issue.
