thank you for you answer. I read both of them before but it is not the same issue. I am trying to contact cisco support via chat but is offline. I dont know if i can open a TAC and i want to confirm with them.
is any way available to contact them via chat ?

Is the environment is too hot ? or reasonable temperature maintained ?

yes their I am looking into , but is offline. We have cooling system so i dont believe it is a temperature problem.
